Grades at a Glance
Pre-School (3 year olds)
- Pre Kindergarten starts the week after K-8th Grade starts school
- Attend weekly Specials classes: Music, PE, Library & Computer
- 1 snack, 1 recess

Pre Kindergarten Graduation –May (the week before K-7th Grade conclude)
Jr-Kindergarten (4 year olds)
- Junior Kindergarten starts the week after K-8th Grade starts school
- JK Half Day – 1 snack, 1 recess
- JK Full Day – 2 snack, 2 recesses
- Lunch at school with K-2nd Grade
- Attends special classes – Library, P.E., Music and the Computer Lab
- Uses Smart Boards in all classrooms
- Weekly visits to the Learning Lab
- Meets monthly or quarterly with 6th grade buddies
- JK participates in parts of school masses
- Christmas program in December
- Thanksgiving Feast

Kindergarten Graduation (Kindergarten dismisses a week earlier than 1st – 7th Grade)
Grade 1
- Attend weekly Mass on Friday at 8:00 am with Kindergarten, Grades 2, & 3
- Attend All School Liturgies during the school year
- Perform their annual Nativity play in conjunction with our Kindergarten Christmas Concert
- End of Year Picnic with the Teachers
- 1st time participating in Mission Raffle
- Invitation to be a Mystery Reader
- Celebrate Thanksgiving with a class Thanksgiving "dinner" in the classroom
- Making rosaries with parents
- All Aboard the Polar Express school fundraiser for those less fortunate

Grade 2
- Attend weekly Mass on Friday at 8:00 am with Kindergarten, Grade 1 & 3
- Participates periodically in mass
- Gingerbread Houses with parents
- Family Sacramental Meeting (2 evenings – 1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion)
- 1st Reconciliation - December
- 1st Communion - Spring
- Students do not have school the Monday following 1st Communion
- Mardi Gras Float with 8th Grade

- Pecos Bill play in Rosario Hall (March – each teacher has a different time spot for their classroom’s performance)
