8th Grade Religion
Welcome Back!
I am so excited to teach the incoming 8th graders religion again! We grew so much as a class, and I am looking forward to an even greater increase in faith and understanding. In 8th grade, a main focus is preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation through small groups, The Chosen book, saint research, service, and so much more! We will journey through this time of preparation together. In addition to Confirmation, we will be learning more about Salvation History as a whole through the Encounter series from Ascension Press, Theology of the Body, and Church history. Most importantly, we will be growing in faith and as a class community. I am ready for a great year!
